Restoration Millwork® PVC Beadboard Sheets by CertainTeed are reversible cellular PVC panels that offer two classic profiles in a single product — the WP4 Groove on one face and the 1/4" Nickel Gap on the other. TightLap™ interlocking design ensures consistent spacing and a clean, even installation on porch ceilings, column wraps, wainscoting, and decorative panel applications. Available as 6" boards in 18-foot lengths (1/2" and 3/4" thick) and as a 1/2" thick 4'×8' sheet. All panels ship natural white, accept paint, and resist UV yellowing, rot, and moisture. Class A Flame Spread rated, ICC and CCMC compliant, and backed by a 25-year limited warranty.

Restoration Millwork PVC Beadboard Sheets are full-format cellular PVC panels with two usable faces — a WP4 tongue-and-groove profile on one side and a 1/4" Nickel Gap on the other — so a single sheet covers two distinct beadboard aesthetics depending on the application. Both profiles install cleanly against standard trim profiles and can be cut, nailed, and glued with the same methods as wood beadboard, without the moisture and paint issues that eventually ruin painted wood in outdoor or high-humidity environments.
The primary applications are porch ceilings, column wrapping, wainscoting, and decorative panel infill — situations where beadboard reads well architecturally but where wood traps moisture, holds paint poorly, or warps over time. PVC's dimensional stability keeps joints tight through seasonal temperature and humidity cycles that typically cause wood beadboard to show gaps at the seams.
