Everything we sell moves through one building: Unit 5, 1235 Journey's End Circle in Newmarket. That is the warehouse, the showroom and the pickup counter, and it is where every order for contractors and builders across south-central Ontario gets filled.
Our product range covers the full building envelope: vinyl siding, cedar shake and polymer shake siding, stone veneer cladding, steel and aluminum panel systems, soffit and fascia, eavestroughs, exterior trim, railings, and fencing. All products are supplied on a quote basis. Contact us with your project volume and specifications.
We are an authorized distributor of Mitten and Kaycan, and also carry CertainTeed, Novik, Foundry, GenStone, and MAC Metal. Most products are available for contractor pickup from our warehouse or for delivery throughout our service area.

York Region
York Region is where the warehouse is. Journey's End Circle sits in Newmarket's east-end industrial area, which puts most of the region inside a short drive: King City and Aurora to the west, Markham and Stouffville to the east.
The work splits two ways here. New builds in Vaughan, Markham and Richmond Hill order volume: vinyl siding, soffit and fascia, eavestrough and trim in a builder palette, with the colours held across a whole phase. Custom and semi-custom work in the same municipalities pulls the other end of the catalogue instead, mostly Novik and Foundry polymer shake and GenStone and Novik veneer on the front elevation.
The rest is re-siding. Aurora, Newmarket and Richmond Hill have a lot of 1980s and 1990s housing, and it comes off the wall a street at a time: original aluminum or first-generation vinyl replaced, with new soffit, fascia and eavestrough behind it. That is usually one trip to the counter rather than three.

Greater Toronto Area
Toronto work does not look like suburban work. The lots are narrow, the house is often a brick semi with one sided gable or dormer, and the order gets measured in squares rather than pallets. Third-storey additions and laneway builds are the other half of it, and those tend to be clad in steel or board and batten.
North York and Scarborough are mostly re-siding: bungalows and split-levels from the 1960s through the 1980s taking new vinyl siding, soffit, fascia and eavestrough. We carry the full Kaycan and Mitten lines for that work, including the black, charcoal and white finishes those streets actually ask for.
Commercial and mixed-use work pulls from a different shelf: MAC Metal architectural steel panels, aluminum cladding and Kaycan aluminum trim systems. Send drawings or elevations with the quote request and we will price the panel and the trim package together rather than in two passes.

Simcoe County
Simcoe County is new-build country. Bradford West Gwillimbury and Innisfil have been putting up subdivisions for years, and Barrie runs residential, commercial and light industrial work at the same time.
New-build exteriors are the bulk of what goes north: Kaycan and Mitten vinyl in the full colour range, complete soffit, fascia and eavestrough systems, house wrap, and the trim and fasteners that close the envelope. Custom and semi-custom builds add cedar and polymer shake from Foundry and Novik, veneer from GenStone and Novik, and the Montebello insulated log profile.
Barrie crews working further north into Muskoka and Haliburton buy the same shake, veneer and steel panel for cottage work. Those products hold up on a building nobody visits for four months of the year, which is most of why they end up on one.
Durham Region
Durham is the eastern end of what we cover. Whitby and Pickering are the volume, both still building out, while Uxbridge and the townships around it bring renovation and custom work of a different shape entirely.
Durham gets the same catalogue and the same quote process as everywhere else. Vinyl siding, soffit, fascia and eavestrough carry the subdivision work; cedar shake, stone veneer and engineered wood carry the estate and rural builds around Uxbridge. It is the longest run from Newmarket of the four regions, so it is worth pricing delivery into the quote rather than sending a truck for every drop.

Pull your order from the Newmarket warehouse Monday to Saturday. It is the option most contractors use, and the only one that does not need scheduling.

- Where is Pro Materials, and who do you supply?
- We run one warehouse and showroom, at Unit 5, 1235 Journey's End Circle in Newmarket, Ontario. Every order leaves from there. Most of our customers are contractors, builders and renovation companies working across York Region, the Greater Toronto Area, Simcoe County and Durham Region.
- Can contractors pick up orders directly from the Newmarket warehouse?
- Pickup is how most orders leave. The counter is open Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Call ahead on a big order so it is picked and banded before the truck gets here.
- Do you deliver, and what does it cost?
- Delivery is arranged and priced with the quote, because the cost depends on the address and the size of the order. Tell us where the material is going when you send the request and the delivery number comes back with the pricing.
- Which areas do you cover?
- York Region, the Greater Toronto Area, Simcoe County and Durham Region, plus the cottage country north of Barrie. Newmarket, Toronto, Barrie and Bradford each have a page of their own below, with the distance, the route and the lines we hold for that market.
- Do you sell to homeowners, or only to the trade?
- Both, though the trade is most of it. A homeowner can buy directly, come into the showroom and see a colour against a real panel instead of a screen, and get a quote for their own project.
