Kaycan Alu-Composite S-100 is a precision building envelope system featuring StacBond® FR aluminum composite panels with a PVDF KYNAR 500 70/30 factory finish that meets AAMA 2605. The fire-retardant thermoplastic core at 4 mm total thickness delivers exceptional dimensional stability — panels install with no visible fasteners for a clean, uninterrupted facade. Vertical or horizontal orientation, bend and fold to custom shapes on site without factory CNC. ASTM E84 Class A (FSI: 0, SDI: 5), NFPA 285, and CAN/ULC S-134 certified. 10 in-stock colours across three sizes (1.5M × 8', 10', 12'). 20-year finish warranty.
