Exterior materials for Newmarket contractors and homeowners
Our warehouse and showroom are at Unit 5, 1235 Journey's End Circle in Newmarket's east-end industrial area, which puts the full catalogue within a few minutes of every neighbourhood in town. Contractors pull orders Monday to Saturday; homeowners are welcome to come in and see the colours in person.
Newmarket's housing is mostly 1970s to 2000s two-storey and split-level stock, and most of the work we supply here is re-siding: new vinyl siding over the original aluminum or wood, new aluminum soffit and fascia, and replacement eavestrough. We are an authorized dealer and distributor for James Hardie, Kaycan, Alu-Rex and more, so full colour ranges are available, not a shelf of leftovers.

Newmarket siding questions
- Where do I pick up siding in Newmarket?
- Unit 5, 1235 Journey's End Circle, Newmarket, ON L3Y 8T7. The warehouse is open Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Call ahead on larger orders.
- Do you sell siding to homeowners in Newmarket, or only to contractors?
- Both. The bulk of the counter is contractors and builders, but a Newmarket homeowner can walk in, look at colours on a real panel rather than a screen, and take a quote away for their own project.
- Can you install the siding as well as supply it?
- No, we are a supply house. Installation is handled by Sherak Ltd., who work out of Gormley and cover Newmarket among their York Region service areas. They install the lines we stock. Mention installation on your quote request and we will put you in touch.
- How much does vinyl siding cost in Newmarket?
- Everything is priced by quote because the material cost depends on the profile, colour and quantity. As a reference, our siding cost guide walks through installed costs per square foot in Ontario. Send us your wall measurements and we will price the job.
- Do you stock James Hardie fibre cement?
- Yes. We are an authorized James Hardie dealer and distributor and supply the full range that ships to Ontario from the Newmarket warehouse: Hardie Plank, Panel, Shingle, Artisan and Architectural Panel siding, Hardie Trim, battens and Architectural Trim, Hardie Soffit and Hardie Backer. Our James Hardie brand page shows which of the 19 ColorPlus colours each coloured product comes in.
