Colour throughout entire panel. Stagger panel joints row to row to avoid repetition. Temperature-adjusted positioning required (see install guide).
Start at lowest point, work left to right
Nail through installation holes using non-corrosive nails: 0.4" (1 cm) head, 0.150" (0.38 cm) body, penetrate min 1¼" (3.18 cm) into solid surface
Minimum 7 nails per panel — nail at both extremities and through center hole, at max 16" (40.64 cm) intervals
Leave 1/16" (0.16 cm) gap — never hammer nails flush; polymer stoppers set the correct gap automatically
On furring walls: furring strips at 8" (20.32 cm) o.c.; one furring strip behind each nail
With J-Trim: leave 1/4" (0.64 cm) gap between trim face and siding; J-Trim opening must be 1" (2.54 cm)
Stagger first panel cut distance every row to avoid stair-step or aligned joints
Temperature adjustment: above 68°F (20°C) slide panel to stopper; between 32°–68°F adjust to temperature line; below 32°F (0°C) position panel 1/16" right of the 32°F line
