Kaycan Industrial Coil provides pre-painted aluminum coil materials that eliminate the need for in-house paint operations, cutting costs and freeing up warehouse space. Five coating systems cover every application: Two-Coat Paint System (primer + topcoat on aluminum or steel for industrial, chemical, and UV environments with improved solar reflectance), Polyester Coating System (outstanding exposure properties, formability, and scuff resistance for building products, transportation, and lighting), Plastisol (PVC-coated aluminum for end caps and grips), Coated Rainware Coil (chalk-release self-cleaning finish), and Metallic Coatings (angle-dependent appearance). Aluminum coil runs .011"–.032" thick and 13.5"–24.25" wide; slit or full coil options start at .5" wide. Stucco and Cedar embossing patterns are available.
