The patented double-membrane design: the outer black aluminum layer (0.017") filters leaves and fine debris through 7/64" perforations; the inner aluminum layer (0.014") uses wider 1¼"×0.267" slots and surface tension to triple drainage capacity. Installation Guide

Choose the correct product line: DoublePro (D-series) for new gutters in coniferous or heavy-debris areas; T-Rex (M-series) for new gutters in treeless/low-debris areas; Gutter Clean System for existing gutters that do not need replacement.
DoublePro & T-Rex — Install Starting Strip method: insert the front of the product inside the front lip of the eavestrough, then fit the back onto the rear of the eavestrough. Crimp the back of the product and eavestrough together every 3 ft (1 m) using an end cap crimping tool for stability.
For DoublePro: always secure both layers together with ½" screws before making any straight cut or cutting a hole for a 2nd-floor downspout connection. This prevents the two membranes from separating during cutting.
Fasten the back of the product into the fascia board every 24" (60 cm) using the self-sealing screws provided. Screws must not exert upward or downward pressure — this causes joint spacing and deformation.
Stop all sections inside the end cap to prevent water from overflowing at terminations.
Corners — Stop sections 4"–5" from the corner. Use Alu-Rex prefab corners. The prefab corner must overlap the product sections on both sides. For inside corners, cut the DoublePro sub-membrane diagonally following the top-membrane cut.
Install a water diverter in all inside corners and roof valleys, placed directly on top of the product.
Gutter Clean System — Clean and flush existing gutters and downspouts before installation. Place the product on top of the gutter with vinyl strip against the fascia or drip edge. Fasten the front every 24" (60 cm) using #6 × 3/8" screws.
Overlaps: always place the stronger (upstream) section under the weaker (downstream) section. Connect sections without leaving any seams; fasten both sections with a screw at each overlap.
Access Panels: for optimal use, place one AP over the downspout opening and one at the opposite end of the eavestrough. Leave a 9" (23 cm) gap in the DoublePro for the access panel opening.
In coniferous areas, use downspouts 3" × 3" (70 × 70 mm) or 3" × 4" (70 × 110 mm) to handle increased debris runoff.
Do NOT install the standard Gutter Clean System M-5300 over screw-on hangers — use M-53ZIP or M-63ZIP instead.
Half-round gutter protection (HR/HRC series): multiple profiles of half-round gutters exist on the market — verify that the gutter profile matches the product's specifications before installing.
Notify your supplier before installing more than 500 sq. ft. if any product issue is discovered to preserve warranty coverage.
