Siding Installation
Siding installation and replacement in vinyl, aluminum, wood and fibre cement, with help choosing the right material for the house and the budget.
Soffit & Fascia
Ventilated soffit and fascia replacement, from removing the old material to fitting the new soffit and fascia.
Seamless Eavestrough
Seamless eavestrough formed on site from a single piece, so there are no joints where leaks usually start, with downspouts to carry the water away from the house.
Leaf Guard
Mesh, reverse-curve and brush leaf guards that keep leaves and debris out of the gutter while the water flows through to the downspouts.
Shingle Roofing
Asphalt shingle roof installation and replacement: a free consultation and estimate, removal of the old shingles, the new roof and a full cleanup.
Metal Roofing
Steel and aluminum metal roofing systems, including standing seam, for homes and commercial buildings.
Custom Flashing
Flashing fabricated on site to fit the roof: around chimneys, skylights and vents, along valleys, step flashing where the roof meets a wall or dormer, and the drip edge along the eave.
Roof Repair & Emergency
Leak repairs and 24/7 emergency roof service, from damaged flashing around chimneys and vents to missing shingles.

- Does Pro Materials install siding?
- No. We supply the materials from our Newmarket showroom. Installation is done by our partner, Sherak Ltd., which you book directly at sherak.ca or by phone at 905-490-8800. Request a materials quote from us, and book the installation with Sherak.
- What does Sherak Ltd. install?
- Siding in vinyl, aluminum, wood and fibre cement; ventilated soffit and fascia; seamless eavestrough and downspouts; mesh, reverse-curve and brush leaf guards; asphalt shingle and metal roofs; custom flashing; and roof repairs, including 24/7 emergency service.
- Where does Sherak install?
- Sherak lists four regions: the GTA (Toronto, North York, Scarborough, East York, Etobicoke), York Region (including Newmarket, Aurora, Richmond Hill, Vaughan, King City, Whitchurch-Stouffville and Georgina), Simcoe County (including Barrie, Innisfil, Orillia, Collingwood and Wasaga Beach) and the Kawarthas.
- What warranty comes with the installation?
- Sherak backs its workmanship with a 10-year warranty and carries $5 million in liability insurance. The materials carry their own manufacturer warranties, which are listed on each product page.
- How much does siding installation cost?
