Application Guide

  1. PREPARATION — Ensure surfaces are clean and dry. Wear protective eyewear and gloves. Do not breathe vapors or spray. Work in a well-ventilated area. Keep away from heat, open flames, sparks, and hot surfaces. Do not smoke.

  2. APPLICATION — Fill cavities to approximately 50% full to allow for foam expansion after application. Cracks or gaps wider than 2" should be filled gradually in multiple layers.

  3. GUN FOAM — Attach the foam gun (Gun Pro or Eco Gun Pro) to the Gun PU Foam can. Hold the can inverted. Apply foam by squeezing the trigger, moving steadily along the gap. Adjust the flow valve to control output.

  4. STRAW FOAM — Attach the included straw to the nozzle. Hold the can inverted. Apply foam by pressing the nozzle, moving steadily along the gap.

  5. CURING — Allow foam to fully cure before trimming. Curing time varies with temperature and humidity.

  6. TRIMMING — Trim excess foam with a sharp knife or serrated edge. Cured foam may be sanded, painted, or stained — not sooner than 24 hours after application.

  7. UV PROTECTION — Cured foam will discolour and lose its stability and properties when exposed to UV light. Paint or coat exposed foam for best results.

  8. STORAGE — Store in a cool, dry location below 50°C (122°F). Do not puncture or expose to direct sunlight for extended periods. Keep out of reach of children.
